CBSE Class 12 Science, Arts board exam date sheet released. Check key details

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially announced the Class 12 Senior School Certificate Examination 2025 date sheet, for both the science and arts streams. The date sheet has been announced nearly 86 days before the examinations, much earlier than last year when it was announced just 23 days prior to the exams. This schedule is a critical resource for students, helping them plan their study schedules and prepare effectively for the upcoming board exams.

CBSE Class 12 Science Exam Schedule

The Class 12 board exams will commence on Saturday, February 15, 2025, with the Entrepreneurship paper and conclude on Friday, April 4, 2025, with the Psychology exam.

Timing: All exams will start at 10:30 AM and will be conducted in a single shift.

Duration: Core subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Business Studies will have a 3-hour duration. Vocational and specialized subjects, like Tourism and Dance, will be conducted over 2 hours.

CBSE Class 12 Arts Exam Schedule

Students taking humanities subjects will have their first exam on February 24, 2025, with Geography. The final exam for humanities students is Psychology, scheduled for April 4, 2025.All exams will begin at 10:30 AM and last for different durations depending on the subject. Longer exams, like History, Political Science, and Sociology, will be three hours long.Students can find their specific exam dates and download their admit cards from the official website soon.
