Delta Boosts Boston’s European Offerings with Nonstop Flights to Madrid and Nice
Delta Air Lines is broadening Boston’s access to Europe next summer with two new nonstop routes: Madrid (MAD) starting May 16 and Nice (NCE) beginning May 17.
These flights connect Boston travelers to vibrant European destinations, from Madrid’s historic streets to Nice’s sun-drenched French Riviera.

“Our new Madrid and Nice routes strengthen our European network while delivering a seamless, high-quality travel experience.”
Exploring Madrid and Nice
Delta’s new nonstop flights make exploring Europe simpler for Bostonians. Madrid, Spain’s lively capital, offers stunning architecture, rich history, and vibrant culture.
Nice, nestled along the French Riviera, boasts Mediterranean beaches, charming streets, and elegant cuisine.
The Madrid route will operate daily, while Nice flights will run three times weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Both routes provide convenient connections to other European cities, giving travelers flexibility to craft their perfect itinerary.
With these additions, Delta now serves 12 European destinations from Boston, offering unmatched access to the continent.
Delta is also enhancing its existing European routes. Daily flights to Barcelona start May 7, and four-times-weekly service to Milan begins May 16—both launching earlier than last year to meet seasonal demand. These expanded options give Boston travelers more ways to explore Europe.
Boston: A Growing Global Hub
Delta has significantly expanded its Boston presence over the past two decades, growing from 25 to about 70 destinations worldwide. With its partners, Delta connects Boston to four continents, operating around 20 daily international flights.
This growth cements Boston Logan International Airport as a key global gateway in Delta’s network.
At Logan, Delta elevates the travel experience with premium amenities. The new Delta One Lounge, spanning 6,700 square feet, offers fine dining, personalized service, and a nautical-inspired design honoring Boston’s maritime roots.
The expanded Delta Sky Club, nearly 21,000 square feet, features soundproof work booths, shower suites, and diverse seating and dining options.
It’s no surprise the Sky Club earned a spot among USA Today’s top 10 airport lounges.
Onboard, the new Madrid and Nice flights will use the Airbus A330-900neo, offering four cabin experiences. Delta One® passengers enjoy lie-flat seats, chef-curated meals, and exclusive Missoni-designed amenities.
All travelers benefit from curated dining, Delta Studio entertainment, and fast, free T-Mobile-powered Wi-Fi for SkyMiles members.
