The Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Pharmacy (Veterinary etc.,) Common Entrance Test-2024 (TS EAPCET-2024) is being administered by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). This examination serves as a prerequisite for admission into various professional courses offered in University/ Private Colleges across Telangana for the academic year 2024-2025.

TS EAPCET-2024 or TS EAMCET 2024 revised exam dates

In light of the General Elections scheduled on 13.05.2024 in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, the Telangana State Council of Higher Education has rescheduled the dates for TS EAPCET-2024 and TS ICET-2024 to avoid clashing with the polling and counting dates.Agricultural & Pharmacy (A&P) – 07.05.2024 (FN & AN) & 08.05.2024 (FN) (Tuesday & Wednesday)

TS EAMCET 2024 exam pattern

The TS EAMCET 2024 exam for all streams will be computer-based, lasting three hours and divided into two shifts: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The question paper will consist of 160 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), with 40 in physics and chemistry, and 80 in mathematics. Candidates will be awarded one point for each correct answer, with no negative marking for incorrect responses. Beginning from the academic year 2023-24, TS EAMCET 2024 rankings will be determined solely based on candidates’ performance in the entrance examination, with the earlier 25% weightage assigned to intermediate or Class 12 marks in rank calculation being eliminated.
